Erin Gibbens is actively engaged in the mobile learning community and was a training program analyst supporting the DoD for nearly 10 years, where she established a mobile learning focus area for her team, managed several million dollars of projects, assisted with training requirements generation and establishing contracts, and analyzed training needs alongside interagency and international partners. She has been recognized for her support to the warfighter and has won two awards for innovation in training from the FGDLA. Erin holds a M.Ed. in Instructional Systems Design from George Mason University and a B.S. in Elementary Education from California University of Pennsylvania.
