What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you sign-up for a KZO Innovations trial account, we require your name, company name, mailing address, e-mail address. This information allows us to create your trial account and provide access to KZO service. You may be asked to complete brief surveys while on the KZO Innovations web site. These surveys help us to better understand how you are using the service, and help us to develop better products and services for you. These surveys may be administered by KZO Innovations or by a third party.
You may receive periodic email communications from KZO Innovations that include special offers and promotions related to the KZO service, video services, collaboration services or other areas deemed applicable but KZO Innovations. Should you choose to “opt-out” of receiving these email communications, you will only receive the email communications that directly concern your KZO Innovations account or service. If you no longer wish to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may opt out by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in the latest such message you have received or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We also track user traffic patterns to uncover ways in which we can improve the site and make it easier to use. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how many customers look at each page.
