Having just hit 30, Wes is already well on his way with his second generation of successful companies, having started his first material business venture at age 11, and growing it into a multi-faceted global non-profit. It was there that he developed 16 years of domain expertise in training and video technology. Subsequently, Wes co-founded KZO, and is pioneering and delivering advanced video collaboration technologies with customers in global commercial markets, as well as the government, including the Department of Defense, DHS and US Intelligence Agencies. He has been the recipient of numerous “30 under 30” awards, and placed into the Circle of Excellence by Smart CEO magazine.
Co-Founded KZO and oversees the Solutions Organization that develops and deploys customized solutions and implementations of the KZO Platform with commercial and government customers. Recognized as an expert in streaming media technologies, Jeff also leads KZO’s interoperability initiatives, ensuring the company’s industry leadership position working with other communication, collaboration and LMS systems. Previously Jeff founded a webcasting company producing hundreds of global video productions over a 5 year period.
Responsible for leading all revenue related activities for KZO including marketing, large account sales and partner development/sales. He has 17 years of experience of building and generating revenue through both direct sales and partner sales programs. Prior to joining the KZO team, he developed and led key revenue generating programs for Vettro, a leading enterprise mobility company. Before Vettro, Brian held several leadership positions at VeriSign, a $1.7B public company, focusing on new business development and sales while expanding VeriSign’s direct sales activities in the Asia Pacific region.
An experienced CFO who has served in entrepreneurial environments and helped build companies over the past 15 years. He served as the CFO of a NASDAQ traded company, and successfully engineered the sale of a company to a $4B NYSE company. In addition he has been a CFO of companies in the wireless entertainment space, a network security provider and a consumer electronics reseller. He has extensive M&A experience in public and private company arenas, having sold or acquired over 10 different entities. He has helped raise capital for multiple companies, totaling over $130 million in outside investment. Steve has also co-founded several companies in the finance space. He was appointed by the Governor to the Board of Visitors of George Mason University where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Vice-Chairman of the Finance and Land Use Committee
